Plain terms for using AgentsForAnyTask. Reading the directory asks nothing of you; submitting a listing or writing a review does.

What this directory is
A discovery index. It lists products, states what category they belong to, and links to the provider. It is not a shop, not a broker, and not a party to anything you buy from a listed provider. Your contract for any product is with that provider.
What a listing means
A listing is a reference, not a recommendation, a certification or a guarantee. Pricing, features, availability and data practices change without telling us; confirm them with the provider before you rely on them.
Your account
You are responsible for what is done through your account. Do not share access. Tell us if you think someone else has it.
Reviews
Write about products you have actually used. Do not post reviews of your own product or a competitor's, do not post anything unlawful, defamatory or abusive, and do not post someone else's writing as your own.
Reviews are read by a person before publication. We may decline or remove one that breaks these rules, and we will say why if you ask.
Submissions
Submit products you own or are authorised to represent, and describe them accurately. By submitting you grant us permission to publish the name, link, category and logo in the directory.
Every submission is reviewed by hand. Paying for a sponsored slot does not oblige us to accept a listing; if a paid submission is declined, the payment is refunded rather than the standard bent to fit it.
Refunds
A declined paid submission is refunded in full. A published sponsored slot is refundable pro rata if we remove it for a reason that is ours rather than yours. Email dc556316@gmail.com.
Intellectual property
Product names and logos belong to their owners and appear here for identification. The directory's own writing, structure and design belong to Deepak Chauhan. If you believe something here infringes your rights, write to us and we will act on it.
Liability
We publish this directory carefully but cannot warrant that every entry is accurate or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of a listing. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
