Privacy policy
Browsing this directory requires no account and no personal information. This page states exactly what changes when you choose to sign in, and what we do with it.

What we collect when you browse
Nothing that identifies you. Reading the directory, opening a listing, searching and filtering all work without an account, and we do not ask for anything to do them.
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and records an anonymised device identifier, page paths and approximate location by country. We do not send it your name, email address or anything you type into a form. If you prefer not to be counted, any standard tracker-blocking extension or browser setting will stop it, and the site works normally without it.
What we collect when you sign in
Signing in stores your email address and, if you use Google, the display name and profile picture Google returns. You may add a username. That is the whole account record.
We also store what you do with the account, because the features are made of it: the agents you save, the reviews you write, the submissions you make, and the payment records for any paid listing.
Payments
Paid listings are processed by Razorpay. Card and banking details are entered on Razorpay's own checkout and never reach our servers or our database. We store the Razorpay order and payment identifiers, the amount, the currency and the status — enough to answer “what happened to my payment”, and nothing that could be used to charge you again.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing email you did not ask for, and there is no newsletter you are silently subscribed to by signing in.
Reviews are published with the display name on your account. Your email address is never published.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while the account exists. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, because we cannot delete a record of money that changed hands. Analytics data expires on Google's own retention schedule.
Deleting your account and your data
Email dc556316@gmail.com from the address on the account and ask. We will delete the account, the saved list, and unpublish the reviews. We will tell you what we cannot delete and why, rather than quietly keeping it.
Cookies
Two kinds. A session cookie that keeps you signed in — without it the account cannot work — and Google Analytics cookies described above. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or what we do with it, the date at the top changes and the change is described here rather than applied silently.
