Email dc556316@gmail.com with the listing URL and what is wrong. Include the provider's own page if you have it — that is what we check against. Confirmed errors are fixed and the listing's check date updated.
Getting your product listed
Use the submission form rather than email — it collects what the review actually needs, and you can track the status from your profile. A free plan exists.
Removing your product
Write from an address on the product's domain and it comes down. We do not require a reason.
Payments and refunds
Your transactions page carries every payment with its Razorpay order and payment ids — quote those and the answer arrives faster.
