Sponsored placement buys visibility in a labelled slot. It does not buy a better position in the directory, a rating, a review, or a verification badge — and it never will, because the directory publishes that promise.
What your money does not buy
- The organic directory stays alphabetical within each category. Placement there is not for sale.
- Reviews and ratings come from members and moderation. They cannot be bought or removed.
- Every sponsored link is labelled and marked
rel="sponsored", as search engines require. - A listing is still reviewed on merit. If it does not fit the directory, the payment is refunded rather than the standard applied loosely.
